We mass deleted some outdated cases from Prod and more than 15 days have passed and it's permanently gone from the Recycle Bin. However, one of our team members needs to restore some of them (2 cases) and we have no idea how to retrieve them. Luckily they have been backed up in Sandbox. Could you please let me know how to download the data from the sandbox to recreate it in production?
