Last modify Picklist

Hello everyone, I am trying to create a field to know the last date of modification of a picklist.

 

Via a workflow rule, i put that formula as criteria, but i have an error, can someone help :) 

 

ISCHANGED( Status__c ),

    Hi,

     

    Make sure the Evaluation criteria is set to "created, and every time it's edited"
