Gantt Chart app as a tab on Case Object

Salesforce Labs created a Custom Gantt chart app that I am trying to customize so that we can schedule service calls (a custom related object attached to cases) from the case page, and see them as a part of the gantt. Can you make an app a tab within a record page? 

 

Also, how do I integrate the start date/time with an external calendar.

    To make what I am trying to do, here is what I have got, but I can't customize or edit the gantt from the case object.
