Proper Contact Name

We have a lot of contacts that were imported from a database that capitalized the first & last names.  How can we default all existing and new contacts to the proper: Amber Smith instead of AMBER SMITH?

    Amber, this is very common especially when they source system is Mainframe based.

     

    Regardless whether your cleanup effort is Export to Excel/Workflow rule, etc.  

     

    The will be LOTS of except so you may need to know the impact of those  to you application (email, templates, integrations with upstream/downstream applications, etc.)

     

    Like McDonald or MacDonald  or JR Ewing or multiple names like RodneyJohn McDowell
