I created an object to alert me when medicals are going to expire. 90,60,30 days away from expiration. It’s set to when created and when updated.
Date and formula fields are in place.
Email template in place.
The formula is: days_from_expiration__c =30
the alert only fires when I create one. Not on already created ones when they reach 90,60,30.
