I use Salesforce Community Cloud for our external (customer) community platform. How can I give them access to our "community" via a mobile app? As they have separate licenses (just community license) and not a full corporate platform license, their login does not work on the Salesforce1 Mobile app. Thoughts? They are asking and I would love to give them the unique experience of the mobile app!

Thanks @srikanth.  There is still on info on how I communicate to approved license holders on how to get to the appropriate verion of the SF 1 mobile app.

I have texted multiple Customer Communiyt external licenses - but they are not allowed to login on the main SF1 app login screen.

Using the logic you mentioned: universaltelco.force.com/customer/one/one.app  -- they can go to avidproduction.force.com/avid/one/one.app   ---but it iThanks @srikanth. There is still on info on how I communicate to approved license holders on how to get to the appropriate verion of the SF 1 mobile app.s just a mobile browser version.

If they select "log in to a custom domain," the avidproduction naming convention does not stick. (this is our external customer community login: https://avidproduction.force.com/avid/ACAPortalLogin)

So where can I find the details on how to inform Customer Community license holders how to get into the SF app to see the online SF community platform??

    Thanks in advance.
