Can we add a lesser license to our unlimited org?

No topics match what I am asking.  Is it possible to add lesser licenses to our Unlimited org?  We want to expand, but this is very expensive, and some users need more than Chatter but less than a full license.

 

Does anyone have experience with this?

    Have you considered Partner Community License? It allows your staff to access the objects you have listed and up to 10 custom objects.
