Can a sandbox be partially refreshed? We have an object in the sandbox which we dont want to get refreshed since we are not being able to move the chatter feeds, feed attachments, field field tracking etc accurately to another sandbox environment?

Hi, that would be nice but its not possible. A refresh will refresh overwrite EVERYTHING to what is in your prod. A full sandbox copies data, the others don't, but a refresh will overwrite all meta data.
