Order Object - Skip Record Type selection in ReduceOrder button

Question

While overriding the ' ReduceOrder ' button on Order Object, i selected the checkbox ' Skip Record Type Selection Page' but i still see the Record Type selection page Is this Salesforce bug ? Or i'm i missing something here ?

Thanks Stephen for your reply. But i'm looking for Organization level change, i dont want my Users to see the record type selection drop down on the first place thats the reason i'm selecting the checkbox to skip the Record Type while overriding the button which actually not working as it says
