Hi, we have recenty change how our emails are written.  I have changed them in salesforce, the user did receive the validation email to their new email address, they clicked on the link and confirmed the change however the email still hasnt changed in Salesforce.  Any ideas?

    Yes, he logs in with the new email however the profile shows the old format.  I have asked him to verify the change a couple of times
