Download msi installer for Salesforce for Outlook

This has been asked before but I cannot find the answer - where can I get the msi installer ?

 

If you’re an administrator, you can deploy installations to multiple users simultaneously using the .msi version of the installer.

    The MSI version should be available as a link on the Salesforce for Outlook page in the 'My Settings' menu.

    Clicking the '.msi Installer' link will start the download for a zip file that contains the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the installer.
