Has anyone come up with a workaround for their community members to receive an email notification when an Article they're following is updated (republished)? Our initial use case is for Release Notes embedded in a Knowledge Article. Every time we add a new update and republish the article, I'd like members following the article to have the option of an email notification. One possibility is to add a topic like "Product X Release Notes" to the feed when the article is published (members can follow topics and receive email notifications), but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that because it's a "system post." 

I'm also poking at Streams for this, but when I enter a record ID for the Stream to search within Knowledge, it just spins and spins...
