@Arnab Bose any chance we will be able to load Content Library members en mass via data loader in 2015? I ran into this issue again today and really expected I would be able to do this but when I went to dataloader could not find a way. I see there is an Idea out there for a couple years that is in serious need of votes. Adding Users to a Library in general needs an update. If there is anything in the works I would love to provide feedback.

    So the work around here which I didn't think of the other day was to mass load Users to a public group and add the public group to the Library. I don't love that solution because it prevents you from assigning different permissions by User but for my immediate Use case it would have worked. Unfortunately I thought of it after I manually added 160 Users :(
