    I created a #Trailhead account in February 2022 with no idea what it was, or how it worked. I earned Ranger in May and passed my Admin exam in June. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity. I'm looking into the Platform App Builder Certification next, and I just missed the BOGO promotion. Hopefully there will be another discount promotion soon.

Hello, I am facing a challenge while working with promotions. I have checked all the possibilities , I am worried where its going wrong. My Assignment due date was finished. Can You please help me With these ASAP. I am attaching the screenshot below.

    Hello@Sowmya Gandhamaneni,

    • Make sure Promotion name is correct
    • Make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org
    • try to delete field and recreate the promotion
    •  If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.

Link to creating an OmniStudio dev org is broken

I am trying to create an OmniStudio dev org. Maybe places have pointed me to the URL:

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/promo/orgs/omnistudiotrails

 

When I go to that URL I land on a page that says 

 

"Oops ! We could not find the requested promotion org.

The requested org could not found in our database or the org has expired

Please reach out to the adminstrator <tis-infra-support@salesforce.com> for any further assistance"

 

I have tried going to this link on an Incognito tab and hit the same page. How do I create an OmniStudio dev org to work through this trail?
