I have added Favicon icon in LWR template via this step: -

Site Administration tab -> Pages -> Go to Force.com -> Site Favicon Icon.

But it is not reflected on published site...

What is the way to display favicon icon for Experience site?

Hello,

I created a Help Center Experience for our final customers (guest users) to have access to our public knowledge article.

I created Topics, Navigation and featured topics using Content Management, but when i go to Article Management, it's empty. I might have missed something in the setup somewhere. Can you help?

Hi I think I understand what you mean now that when viewing the articles through Workspaces > Content Management > Article Management you don't see any articles.  If this is this without changing any filters I would agree it's because the article may not be published. Or are you using data categories to partition the database?  If so I would recommend checking this article : https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000387727&type=1

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to find an answer to this but I seem to be searching for the wrong terms because I can't find any help for my problem.

We have established our Knowledge Base within casavi and created an Experience Cloud Site for it.

Now we are running into the problem that our displayed articles contain all the fields that we only want to have displayed internally like article record type, created by and so on.

I tried to change field level securities for these fields but they cannot be edited. Is there any way to hide such fields so they are not visible on the Experience Cloud site?

I'd appreciate any help or links to further information.

Thanks in advance

Dear experts,

I'm seeking your insights on implementing a custom domain in our sandbox environment for testing purposes. Our plan involves activating a CDN with a custom domain directed at our sandbox org to evaluate the site's performance in a preliminary environment prior to making the changes live in Production. My concern revolves around Google's indexing of our site content. If we proceed with setting up the CDN and custom domain in the sandbox now, with a planned go-live date six months from now, is there a risk of Google immediately beginning to index our site's articles? I'm particularly worried about how this might affect our SEO and the visibility of our articles from a public perspective. Any advice or knowledge you can share on this matter, especially regarding SEO implications and article exposure, would be greatly appreciated.

For reference, I'm consulting this documentation: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.domain_mgmt_sandbox_custom_domains.htm&type=5

Correct, although you can setup a custom domain for a sandbox, SEO features are only available for production orgs.

Hi everyone! LWR allows us to add CSS class names to components, which is great for adding some custom styling. We have a client who is on the B2B Aura Template, and we are about to start on a small design refresh of their site. We want to use as many standard Experience Builder components as possible, however the styling options for Aura sites is a bit limited.

So I wanted to check if anyone knows of any App Exchange products that give you the ability to add CSS classes to components for Aura sites? I do have a way of targeting specific elements for styling, but it's a really roundabout way that is messy. So if there was a way to add CSS classes, or something like that it would be helpful.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, something like this would have to be introduced at a platform level to apply to all / any component. Otherwise it would have to be done at a component level (to take in a custom CSS Class name as a property input and apply it to the parent wrapper of the component). So it's unlikely that there's anything on the appexchange that would address this.

Maybe create an idea to extend similar functionality from LWR to Aura?

    FYI @Alicia Teo

@Anand S - still didn't get answer to my question: what is the difference between sessions called Tableau CRM / Einstein Anayltics and what do they refer to?

I have recently enabled chatter on our experience site and have updated members on workspace to allow chatter tagging between internal and customer users, however, when a chatter notification(on bell icon) comes into the community, the users are not navigated to the post or the record by clicking the notification alert like how we do in salesforce(internally). This created some confusion for the community user to relate the chatter post to the record. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Please note chatter is enabled and the users can communicate back and forth the only issue is when clicking the notification the eternal users are not directed to the post or the record on which the chatter was posted.

Thank you in advance.
