Tableau alerts by adding a calculated field?
I always show refresh date as last date in the date column of my data. It is just the maximum date in the date column and I show it on the dashboard. I publish it. Now, I want to know if I can create a feature which will send an alert email to me and my team mate whenever the refresh date is not current or today. Can you please help me with this?

If you dont see the create anlert thing, option in Tableau Cloud, ensure your dashboard has a continuous numerical axis, and you are using a live or extract data source. Alerts also require a scheduled extract refresh and work only on single-sheet views, not dashboards. Check your permissions , I mean your role and try a different browser if needed.
