How can I clear 'Out of Date' Alerts on Server

I have been trying to find an answer to the question in the below link:

Is there any way to remove the alert only rather than republishing the workbook?

There is currently no way to manually clear alerts To provide suggestions for product features is to submit an idea through our community: http://community.tableausoftware.com/community/ideas
