We are doing an estimate and would like to show the month/year in the tool tip. For actual months, it is not an issue. When it goes over to the estimated side (yellow), there is no month/year showing.
I suspect it is because the actual data ends but would think there should be a way to label the forecasted dates with a calculation. The two screens below show the actual and estimated tool tip where the date is missing. The software doesn’t allow me to use the Forecast Indicator in a calculation so is there a way to label the month/year in the estimated area?

I tried recreating the issue with Superstore data and showing the date in the tooltip seems to work as long as you are using the field from the columns shelf directly, as shown below
When I try to add a calculated field to the tooltip mark separately and use that instead, it no longer shows up:
So as long as you use the field that is already in the view, you should be able to make this work.
