I’m using
Enhanced Einstein Bot with Embedded Messaging for Web, and I have a custom LWC inside the chat that shows 👍 / 👎 feedback buttons.
When the user clicks 👎, I want to programmatically trigger the “Transfer to Agent” dialog.
Is it possible to call or trigger the transfer to agent
dialog directly from LWC?
If yes, please share the recommended approach or any docs.

You can use a Dynamic Question with the Entity pattern type.
this.configuration.util.sendTextMessage('A CUSTOM ACK MESSAGE');A regex pattern can detect the acknowledgment message. Based on that outcome, if a variable is set, you can redirect the flow; if not, continue without redirecting.
Assuming a linear, menu-based conversation flow.
