I have a problem with the “Connect your flows to Einstein copilot” unit.
As indicated in the unit, I activated Einstein Generative AI and then Agentforce in Agent Setup.
My agent is still Einstein Copilot. I clicked and then clicked “Open in Builder.” In the Conversation Preview window I copied and pasted the text “Tell me about the Edge Communications account.” but I still get “Something went wrong. Try again.” whether the agent is on or off.
I did refresh, nothing changes.
I closed the playground and reopened, still the same result.
Can someone please help me figure out where the problem is?

I have tried everything that is indicated in the two threads you pointed me to.
Nothing changes.
Einstein Setup is and remains On. If I put Off, Einstein Copilot is obviously no longer accessible.
I have cleared the cache and cookies.
I have refreshed the page and pressed the agent button.
I have turned the agent off and on again over and over again.
The response is always the same: “Something went wrong. Try again.”
The only thing I haven't done is changing the permissions in Permission Sets because I am not given the option to do that.
