I have created the entitilement template as Phone Support and the product Solar Battery and however I keep getting this error and I am in EN

Hi, im having this issue in the 'Get Started with Entitlements' trailhead. 

 

I have created the entitilement template as Phone Support and the product Solar Battery and however I keep getting this error and I am in EN

As you can see i the images, it seems i have all things ok. Im tried to have my org and my user in EN, locale and language, and remove and create again both, the template and the product. Nothing wokrs. Please help.

    My issue actually resolved by created a trailhead playground and doing the same process i did in my developer. Thank you for help.
