I am experiencing some problems after editing one of the page layouts in my org. I removed two fields from the page layout, and now users are unable to create a new case. After clicking "new case" and selecting the record type that corresponds to the newly edited page layout the following page looks like this

The change was made on Friday, and it still looks like this today (Monday).  

 

Does anyone know a fix to this problem? Not sure if it's relevant, but I also switched briefly to dynamic forms, but ended up disabling it again because the end users didn't like that the could only get one column for their fields.

    This is caused by using dynamic forms. If you have both dynamic forms and page layout on a page you will only see the dynamic forms component, which for you looks like only the "Web information" section.

    So either remove all of the dynamic forms components and add a record detail component, or add all fields to the lightning record page (not the page layout)
