I'm not getting the billing option on the picklist in the records type.

In the Modify your Data Model, step number 14 under Create Record Types, it states to select Billing under the Support Process drop down menu, but it only gives me the Product Support option. So I am unable to complete this section due to that error. How do I fix it? The help section on this page is no help and the page cannot be found.
