Error ID: 15449425388-10134

A user receives this error when they try to access the Lightning build I developed in our sandbox. The Lightning build is activated and enabled for all users, but for some reason she can't view it. What do I need to do to make sure all/certain profiles access the build?

You seem to be hitting a GACK(https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/engineering/2015/02/gack.html) Can you please share the complete error code, I understand this error will have a part in brackets. Please share the code so I can check the app logs to see this instance of error.
