Hi there, I'm new to Salesforce and I was wondering if anybody could help me or tell me how I can run a report of any outstanding opportunities for e.g anything that's still listed as a quote. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

I can provide you with some guidance on how to run a report of outstanding opportunities in Salesforce.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    • Log in to your Salesforce account.
    • Go to the Reports tab on the home page.
    • Click on the New Report button.
    • Select the Opportunities object in the list of available objects.
    • Choose a report type, such as "Opportunities with Products" or "Opportunities with Quotes."
    • In the Fields pane on the left-hand side, select the fields you want to include in the report, such as "Opportunity Name," "Close Date," and "Stage."
    • In the Filters pane, click on the Add button to add a new filter.
    • Choose the filter criteria that you want to use to identify outstanding opportunities, such as "Quote Stage equals 'Quote'" or "Amount greater than 0."
    • Save the report with a name that makes it easy to recognize, such as "Outstanding Opportunities" or "Quotes Not Converted."

Once you have saved the report, you can run it at any time to see a list of all outstanding opportunities that meet your criteria. You can also customize the report further by adding additional fields or filters, or by sorting the results in a different order.
