What is the possibility for verifying an email address in Marketing cloud for being real,active,capable of receiving emails other than manual testing and googling?

Validating Emails: What @Piyush Singhal describes is the Marketing Cloud's inherent filtering ability called List Detective. It filters out email addresses that are potentially incorrect or will not be actual email addresses. This doesn't catch every invalid email address. Sending emails isn't the best method either (it only captures duplication and only some bad email addresses).
Without an effort to validate beforehand, the invalid email addresses will eventually become Held (and therefore not sendable) but could remain within sends for a very long time. Subscribers only enter a held status if they have three bounces in 15 days, and only some accounts send that often to the same audience.
When this question arises, I often recommend validating the email addresses. Several third-party tools can be used for this purpose. It is often worth the cost to ensure your email addresses are valid.
Validating WhatsApp Data: Regarding deliverability, WhatsApp doesn't give opt-out information back to brands. However, the API that Piyush mentioned is the best validation option and is via Meta.
