We are unable to log in to myTrailhead.  On the Trailhead Set up We have chosen which is recommended by salesforce since we are doing this externally.   

Setting up/Unboxing myTrailhead

  Since we will be doing Salesforce Identity for myTrailhead.

 

We created a connected app based on the instructions https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.mth_create_a_connected_app_to_authorize_mytrailhead_login.htm&type=5  after which on activation part : we used "Deploying myTrailhead for Experience Cloud Site Members"  https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.mth_confirm_which_users_can_access_mytrailhead.htm&type=5  Where our the site is https://mymountainmover.my.site.com  But when after clicking on log in

  The page shows 2 scenario ;  1st scenario : Page isn't redirecting properly.

  We have done the necessary troubleshooting : Clear Cache > Same issue Disable all browser extensions > Same issue Reset Browser > Same issue Different browser / New browser > Same issue Then repeat Browser on a different device (computer) > same issue   2nd scenario ;

 No troubleshooting done on the 2nd part because there is no documentation about this but "contact support"

    Hello Keiji,  Thank you for assistance. Yes, we have followed the articles to the dot. Still same issue.
