Can we create Dashboards in Partner Portals?

I need to create a Opportunity pipeline dashboard in partner portal.Is it possible to create it?

    So the answer seems to be No, partner user license does not allow users to create or edit dashboards. They can open and edit reports from a dashboard, but not a dashboard itself.
