Hello,

 

I have a workflow rule, which changes the status field to expired when ever it reaches the expiration date on registration object. We have setuped a time driven field update with criteria "0 Hours after Registration: Deal Reg Expiration Date" and the workflow criteria is "Registartion: Deal Reg status EQUALS Approved". But this worflow fails to update the field of some records even if its meeting teh criteria.

I can even see the records in the time-based workflow queue and they are scheduled but some records aren't really updated by workflow.

 

Can any one help me on this. I couldn't figure it out what wrong.

    hi sharath K ,

     

    When a time-based workflow action is scheduled in the past, it is immediately queued up and will run as soon as the Salesforce scheduler can get to it -  usually within a minute or 2.

     

    Have  you checked  same  record  again.
