docusign

i've created a custom button to launch a docusign document that was generated by conga opportunities, but i am unable to pass the opportunity contact id nor the document id because i don't know where to get them from, can anybody help me with taht.

    Hello Julian,

     

    You can find the object id's from the url go to object ---> select a record --> check the url there will be an 18 digit id which is the Salesforce record ID have 15 or 18 characters; The object id refers to first three characters from the Salesforce ID. For example, if you browse any contact name in the org it should be this way "0036F00002MoBSbQAN".

     

    003 is contact object id. Similarly, we can find the object id from Salesforce ID from first three characters.

     

     If the ID starts with 003, it belongs to Account object.

     

    006 pertains to opportunities, For document 015 is the object id.
