I exported my accounts, countacts, etc. from my Salesforce account. I successfully downloaded the ZIP file and the contacts are saved.
I was wondering if there is an easy way to uploade this ZIP file (containing all the csv files for the accounts eg. acccount details, contacts.csv, etc) to a totally different Salesforce user (different Salesforce login, etc.) in one go.
I had a look at the wizzard but it is asking me to upload these csv files one by one and map them. As this info is coming directly from Salesforce, I assume there should be an easier way to just uploade the whole data bunch to a new login account.

You don't want to upload these records into the same Salesforce org for another user since you will then have duplicate data which will be confusing.
You can use the Transfer Records features of Salesforce, or one of the data loading tools (like dataloader.io) to change the OwnerId of the records you want to re-assign.
