Brent Kueper (Macy's) a posé une question dans #Data Management
In my sandbox, I'm getting the following error when I try to edit my call center configuration.  This error does not happen in my other sandboxes or production, where I believe I have the same call center configurations in all.  The error happens on every call center configuration when I click on Edit.  But if I click on the link to view details, it displays fine.  Only upon Edit does it display the error below.  Any suggestions on what may be causing this?
