
We are using web to case and assigning cases based on roundrobin fashion installed from AppExchange. By using assignment rules we are assigning cases to different queues Now i am not able to send notification email to owner of the case Intead if i check the checkbox in the assignment rule by default it is taking queue as owner and all the queue members are getting the email notification .How can i fix it.. Can anyone help me how to write a workflow rule ,email alert to case owner when a case is assigned.

Can you clarify your question?
You indicate you are using round robin to assign the cases to a queue, yet you want to email the owner not all members of the queue? How are the cases getting assigned to the individual reps?
