Where are the 'Customer Fields and Relationships' icons after entering set-up? Thank you for any info...

Thank you very much for your time!  I was trying to add a price field to a merchandise object.  I'm working on the tutorials.  I went back to the beginning, and I just found the icons. I'm still learning to navigate the system.  I like Salesforce a lot. Thank you so much.  I may have more questions later!  I really appreciate your time.
