Can you relabel a field on a report ?

I want to use a field in a report Primary Campaign Source but I want to re-label it to make it more meaningful (only on the report) - is this possible ?

    Hi Olivia,

     

    It is not possible at this moment, however there is already an Idea for the same in Idea Exchange, I have also voted for that.
