I want to get the Lifetime Value of a Customer who has purchased Brand X.  Each sale is an opportunity. Currently I have a report that gives me the total value of this customers purchases of Brand X but how do I include the other brands also. I do not want to include customers who have not purchased Brand X

    If you are using Accounts,  Opportunities, and Products, you can create a rollup summary field on the Account that SUMs Opportunities.  You might need to create rollup summary fields on Opportunity to COUNT or SUM OppLineItems for a specific Product.
