We use Web-to-lead forms - all checked these are not doing it.
The leads are being cretaed with a number as the first name and last name - it looks like we have something that is cloning a true lead and replicating it (it may be a flow or process that another employee set up) but I cannot identify it - is there anything I can do systematically to id the source to stop it.

It can only cause through
1) Process Builder
2) Batch class
3) Trigger
>>Check Process Builder if any PB is active for creating a lead.
>>Try This step to monitor to monitor any scheduled apex.
Setup>Monitor>Jobs>Apex Jobs
