Trying to use PB to fill in the email address field in the Quote Object when the contact field has been updated from the ContactID>Email field

I set the PB to fire on the creation or editing of the Quote object.

 

Set the criteria Field: Contact ID Operator: Is Changed Value: True

 

Action type: update Records Record Type: Select Quote record that started process Criteria: No criteria

 

Field: Email Type: Field Reference Value: Contact ID>Email

 

I must be missing something as I can not get it to work. Any thoughts or ideas are much appreciated.

    Hi Robert, 

     

    The Process Builder is triggered only upon you saving the Quote. Once the Quote is saved, you'll have to refresh the page for the Email field to reflect data.
