Is it possible to split a custom page into more than two columns like in my pic

Hi All

 

Does anyone know if it is possible to build custom pages to have a layout like below instead of the page being split in to two columns like on standard pages in Salesforce :)

    Thanks for asking a great question. 

     

    Using salesforce "out of the box" what you are looking for is not possible. However it is possible with VisualForce and I would suggest you take a look at that if you need it.
