you may be able to get it done through initiation Synch in Trigger but why you would like to do that in first place.
potentially you can have multiple quotes on a single opportunity. In a typical sales cycle, sales people generate multiple quotes with small small variations as deal progress and at the end they just synch the final quote with opportunity.
How would you automatically determine that which qoute need to be auto synch?
