We are trying to customize Live Agent Chat so that the Account Name in the Related Entities section auto-populates in the Transcripts. However I don't see how that is possible thru the SnapIn.  I've also tried to find how to make the field "required" when the agent logs the chat but it's not carrying over that to the Related Entities.   Has anyone had a similar experience?
