I have little issue that's been reported to me by a number of users, and I'm wondering if anyone else has been experiencing it since Spring '17 release: When someone shares a file with another user, it is not always sending a private message to that user. Is this just me?

@Haris Ikram@Laurent Kubaski The issue was reported to me by my CEO, and I have not seen the specific case. I will get a specific case and see if I can reproduce so I can give you more information.
