We are opening a type of brokerage and introducing Clients to providers. We want to do it via the salesforce CRM and then be able to record where introductions were made automatically. Similar to how a recruitment agent introduces his candidates to employers and then he will know when returning to record where he sent them. Send is based on filtering on criteria. Anyone already developed code like this that can help? Im a newbie so if this all sounds wrong/shouldnt post here then apologies.
