I've created a new org for this challenge: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-build-your-first-agent-with-agentforce/configure-an-agentforce-service-agent?trailmix_creator_id=teamtrailhead&trailmix_slug=quest-built-with-agentforce-video

I can create a Custom Agent, and add topics and actions, but can't test them out as the Copilot chatbot in the Agent Builder isn't working. I keep getting an error message: "Something went wrong. Refresh and try again." 

I cleared my cache, logged out, and logged in again. Went over all permissions. None of the Agents work. The Agent on the cloud experience site is stuck on "Transferring."
