Have message appear when user selects from drop-down

Good day, everyone!

 

So I have a Region filter and a State filter on a dashboard. Is it possible to have a message pop up to tell the user to clear the Region filter if they have selected an item from the State filter and vice versa? As it is, if the user selects a State and then selects a region that doesn't include that State all the charts disappear.

    Have you tried "Only relevant value option".

     

    This is default setting:
