I tried to take up the Agentforce specialist exam today but due to some issues with my PC, I was unable to launch Onvue application. My laptop had some restrictions so couldn't complete all the system checks with it. So I reached out to their helpdesk, they did not give me any immediate resolution, instead they noted down my issue and just gave me a case number. I had to miss my exam. How can we request for our exam to be rescheduled immediately?

Hey hi @Joshithaa Dhandapani If they log your case, kindly check the status of your case,when it will resolved, you got your exam rescheduled accordingly.
