I tried to take up the Agentforce specialist exam today but due to some issues with my PC, I was unable to launch Onvue application. My laptop had some restrictions so couldn't complete all the system checks with it. So I reached out to their helpdesk, they did not give me any immediate resolution, instead they noted down my issue and just gave me a case number. I had to miss my exam. How can we request for our exam to be rescheduled immediately?

    If they log your case, kindly check the status of your case,when it will resolved, you got your exam rescheduled accordingly.
