Hi,
Starting 23rd October we have started seeing bounces in our multiple accounts and SFMC shared IP pool and below bounce message is showing
"4.7.32 Your email has been rate limited because the From: header (RFC5322) in this message isn't aligned with either the authenticated SPF or DKIM organizational domain. To learn more about DMARC alignment, visit https://support.google.com/a?p=dmarc-alignment To learn more about Gmail requirements "
We checked at our end and all the authentication and everything is in line, but still this issue is showing.
We only noticed one change that Sales Force did in end of September and they added the dual DKIM and after a month from that these issues started showing up.
Is there any one else who is experiencing this issue? Can anyone help what could be the reason for this error message and bounces that are coming?
Hello @chand khan,
The error you're encountering (421 4.7.32) suggests that the "From" email address in your message doesn't align with your authenticated SPF or DKIM domain. Even if your SPF and DKIM are set up correctly, the "From" address must match the domain used in those records for DMARC alignment.
Since this issue started after Salesforce implemented dual DKIM in late September, it's possible that the new DKIM setup is causing misalignment with your email's "From" domain. Check if the DKIM settings in Salesforce match the "From" domain and ensure they are properly configured. Also, verify your DMARC policy for alignmen
