I am curious to find out which business card scanning applications are frequently used by individuals who use Salesforce in Korea.
Could you please suggest an application that can read Korean business cards?

Difficult one because of the OCR issues.
There is one in the appexchnage: Scan to Salesforce. Unfortunatelly I think end of service by the end of this May, may be worth contacting them?
Otherwise "Remember" but does nto have open APIs, so seats as stand alone
