I want to have the activity panel standardized across objects. I want the tab options to be in this order: Email, Log A Call, Post, New Task, New Event, and Poll. I have edited the Quick Actions so it appears this way:
I have also edited the Mobile & Lightning Actions to contain the same options.
I have tried to do this for Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities. It already works in Cases (although the Page Type is Chatter and not Activities as it is for the other objects). When I save the page layout, I do not see the "Post" option. I see all the other choices but not post. Any help for this would be greatly appreciated!
I tried that but then I lose the other activity actions I want to use (like email, create a task, etc). The case object has the Chatter component but also has the other activities options. I feel like there is a setting I missing somewhere.
