Hello Trailblazers,
I have several flows which create tasks, and a user would like to be notified via email when they are assigned a task. I know there is a personal activity setting which allows users to choose to receive email alerts when another user assigns them a task, but tasks created by flow are not covered by this setting.
Is there a setting that will send an email notification when a flow creates a task for a specific user?
My tentative solution is to create a Send Email action with a custom link directed to the task in each of these flows after every task. As you can imagine, this is quite cumbersome and they all may have to be deleted if these tasks are assigned to a different user in the future who does not want such email notifications.
If anyone knows of a setting I'm missing or has a suggestion for a more efficient solution, I'd appreciate input! Thank you!
